If you’ve spent some time on our site you’ll understand that
Vintage is quite different from most financial firms. One difference is that we don’t hire
salespeople advisors by the dozen in hopes that some will survive. Our clients truly come first and, as a
result, we have some good organic growth from client referrals. If you are interested in a working in a team
environment where you can focus on your client’s results instead of production
